Overview
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. Email us at studio@vibrationsstudios.co.uk if you require a refund. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at studio@vibrationsstudios.co.uk.
Shipping Returns
Mail your product to: Vibrations Studios, 1 Park Road, Crosland Moor, Huddersfield, HD4 5EH
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
